1. What hahayay is

hahayay is a macOS application by Econ Labs LLC that fills and, where you enable it, submits job applications on your behalf, from your own computer and your own browser session. You control what runs, when it runs, and what is sent.

2. Your responsibilities

Applications are submitted in your name. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, résumé content, and saved answers, and for complying with the terms of the job boards and employer sites you apply to. Some sites prohibit automation; review their terms before enabling Autopilot.

3. Billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Per-application AI tailoring costs are billed by Anthropic to your own API key and are separate from hahayay's subscription. The founding-release guarantee — 50 confirmed applications in 30 days or a full refund of your hahayay subscription — is claimed by contacting support with your account email. Refunds apply to hahayay subscription fees, not third-party API charges.

4. No employment outcome promises

hahayay does not promise interviews, replies, or offers. Confirmed sends are documented with receipts; outcomes depend on employers.

5. Software and availability

The software is provided as-is during the founding release. Job sites change without notice; when a site cannot be filled or confirmed, the application is held for you rather than sent blind. We may update the software to restore coverage.

6. Termination

You can stop using hahayay at any time; cancelling in the Stripe portal ends the subscription at the period end. Your data stays on your machine — deleting the app's data folder removes it.
